NO RESPONSE

Resolution still hasn't paid the outstanding Lancet account from September 2012. I was told yesterday that Desir? Peacock is the person in charge of the department. Every time I call to speak to her, I was given a different excuse.
She's in a meeting. She's not here. She's on a call. She's booked off sick. She's on holiday. She's not taking calls from me. I've tried every excuse I could think of to get her to take my call, but still she refuses.
Lindiwe Mnguni asked Desir? now (10:10am 18.01.2013) to call me back. Desir? told her to tell me Jimmy will call me back. I do not want to speak to Jimmy. I've already worked with him in the past.
Resolution asked me to get different ICD10 codes, which I did and Lancet sent them an amended account with new correct ICD10 codes for a PMB condition on 19.12.2012
Last week I was promised results before end of day, that was 8 days ago. I am no longer capable of being friendly & patient with call centre staff who make promises with no results. Last week I was told no one in the call centre is allowed to talk to me as my complaint is on Hello Peter. I have medical aid because I do not have an income. When will this R4k account finally be paid???
