I was a patient at Netcare Pretoria east from the 15th of December to the 28th of December 2013. On the 25th December, my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) was while I was asleep in ward 14 room 9c. The security made enquiries and I still haven't received feedback. I arrived at the hospital in a critical condition and was never told that they have crime issues. I feel betrayed by a trustworthy brand such as Netcare because they don't care about their patients possessions. Only after losing my phone was I told about the history of the hospital. Netcare please live up to your name and show me you really care.
