Faxed was send on 26/11/2012 to report that member is deceased. Phoned on 14/1/2013 as was kept on line by Margret for 49 minutes. Refused to give me reference number for call. Could not assist me - incompetent and undertook to phone me back as she does not know how to assist. She did find fax on their system. Up to date no call received. D/O is still being submitted at bank and bank costs is debited against estate. Need confirmation that no further premiums will be requested from bank.
