The service that I have received from Discovery in the last month has been extremely poor.
I contacted them in the beginning of the month to find out why I must pay the hospital for a procedure that was done in hospital and that I received the necessary approval for. Since then I've been contacting the call center on a weekly basis, every time the agent tells me that someone will be listening to the original call and contact me back that evening or the next morning. Until now I haven't received any feedback.
