I had a query with Discovery and continually struggled to get it resolved. The customer service was always good, but for some reason the problem could not get resolved. I made a simple tweet saying I need to call Discovery again that morning and a representative proactively called me and sorted out the query and 2 other requests without having to transfer me to the different departments. Such a great customer service. If you want something resolved quickly with Discovery, tweet them.
