Orders are sent by email, and still getting problems. An order was sent on Monday, after a telephonic conversation.
On Wednesday when the order was not delivered another email was sent. The respond was she will give an answer tomorrow. Now its said she did not give a confirmation. We have the emails as proof
I phoned several times today, from 11:09, asking to speak to a manager. I need someone to assist me! I need the order urgently. They are in a board meeting the whole day, that was said by the switch board operator!!!
If you have a client that is unhappy you have to call back and fix the problem. Why can no one phone me back??
Till now I have not received a call. so the clients is not a priority for them
