My mother Jabu Jane Mdletshe (6212090569083) lost her ex husband, Sibusiso Moses Mdletshe (5704125893083) whom she covered on her policy, policy no F001149258 for R10 000 valid from Jan 2005.When she called last week to make a claim at Dbn Devonshire Place Smith Street she was told that she wont be paid because they are now divorced. How is that possible that you cover someone and they cant pay you when you need money.divorced as they are now she still had to bury him and she was deprived of the funds.on top of that the lady who was assisting her was very rude to say the least.is this how the clients are supposed to be treated in their most vulnerable time.the very same company who is suppose to be there for you? the premiums have been paid from the time of exisience of the policy without fail only to be told that you wont be paid out because you are divorced.
