Undelivered Bon Jovi tickets

We paid for 4 suite tickets on 28 November 2012, to the Bon Jovi concert at FNB Stadium held on 11 May 2013. We received a mail from GSE informing us that we should collect the tickets from their offices on 9 & 10 May 2013. My wife drove through to their offices in Morelettapark on 9 May 2013. Upon arrival she was informed by Dorian Eltze that our tickets had been dispatched by courier and that the tickets would be delivered to our premises the next day (Friday 10 May 2013). Friday afternoon, when we followed up why we have not received the tickets yet, we were then informed again by Dorian Eltze, that there are no tickets available from their suppliers. All attempts to contact Dorian Eltze, Craig Kraft & Kara Kraft were unsuccessful. Around 19:00 I eventually received a call from Craig who seemed indifferent about the fact that he could not supply the tickets we paid for in November. Fortunately for us we found 4 tickets available through Warwick Hospitality and we could attend the event. How do these people think that a refund will restore everything, when we paid for a concert we would have to wait probably another 18-years for. Holding my breath for the refund!
