Ridiculous response!

Upon sending an email requesting a quote for cover for my mom, I receive a reply 2 days later stating that I did not include her membership number! How can I have a membership number when inquiring about cover with your company? This is ridiculous, and if this is the treatment you give to potential clients, I am not remotely interested in cover with you and I will make as many people as possible aware of your pathetic attempt at customer service!
