I had a vehicle insurance cover with Oakhurst on the 24th October 2013, to cover my car. My policy number was sent via sms, they never sent me a confirmation of cover in black and white on paper, in order for me to see a breakdown of my cover.it was a challenge for me when my dealer was requesting confirmation of cover from me, on the very same day of the 24th when i was collecting my car from the dealer, as i was only sent an sms, i never had anything on paper. Thats one of the things that made me to Opt for other insurance company. What happens if my phone get broken and Oakhurst insurance keep on sending me sms's?
