I called in to take my spouse off my medical aid in March, i was told to submit the relevant documents and it will be actioned in 24/48 hours, i received the auto reply email (ref :2770742714) once i sent it through informing me the relevant information has been received.i thought it was done
ON THE 01/05/2013 (ORIGINAL CALL IN MARCH) I WAS DEBITED AND TOLD MY WIFE IS STILL ON!!!
IMAGINE MY DISBELIEF AND THE NERVE OF THE CONSULTANT CANT SEE I CALLED THROUGHT MARCH AND APRIL

I WANT A REFUND
