I have cancelled my Medical aid end December 2013, and the rest of my savings should be paid back to me after 4 months which is April 2013, so when i call the call centre agent says 30 April, nothing was paid, then i call to find out call centre agent says " no maam this is going to be paid out the 10th May 2013" NOTHING was paid so i call the 3rd time and it gets said the 18th May 2013, how do i know that? furthermore how do THEY KNOW?? this is becoming annoying!!!
