No Authorization, After Casualty Consaltation

Discovery Health, promises but no help.

On the 10 April 2013 we took my son to the Glynwood Casualty where he met with Dr Goosen and he was diagnosed with bad croup and ear infection.

Before discharge from the Casualty, Dr Goosen (on call doctor) referred us to a Paediatrician which the first visit was on the 18/04/2013 to Dr Kganane.
Second appointment was again to Dr Kganane on the 30/04/2013 where she then referred us to an ENT.

I called Discovery Health on the 30/04/2013 to relate all these claims and to get an Authorization number, whom I spoke to Demi Govender in the call centre, who requested I do the following
o Get a Referral form from the Dr (Attached)
o Attached the two Paediatrician Claims attached

As the first visit to Glynwood Casualty was after hours and the referral of Dr Goosen to see a Paediatrician, I did not go to my GP, as I thought the Casualty referral was fine.
I believe that I have erred here and I apologise for this, please could you look into my referral and grant me the Authorization, as I need to see the ENT this Thursday for my son.
