NO RESPONSE FOR TEN DAYS..!!!

On the 1 of may I contacted discovery with regards to an issue with my gym fee as I have been charged DOUBLE for the last 4/5months, virgin active said it was because I am not on vitality which I am, I spoke to a guy named Shelboy who told me he would log an enquiry and it would take 3-5 working days.. after 6 working days I called back as I had heard nothing with regards to solving this issue. All the lady had to say was that the enquiry had been made..I asked when I will be contacted as to what was happening she said "it usually takes 3-5 working days but this is taking longer, I don't know.." it is now the TENTH working day and still no one has called me back. I have called and spoke to another lady who was slightly more helpful yet I still do not know if they have solved the issue and will be refunding the money they so happily took.. this kind of service is disgusting and unacceptable. These are the people who are dealing with our medical aid, if they can't resolve such a simple issue in almost two weeks, what if this were a life/death matter... I am disgusted with this as we pay thousands of rands for this which they will take no doubt but when it comes to fixing a mistake???
