Medical Aid Savings Payout

I recently cancelled my medical aid with Discovery and was under the impression that my Medical Aid Savings would be paid out to me. I contacted Discovery several times and first got the explanation that I needed to wait 4 and a half months before my savings would be paid out. I queried this further and explained to them that this condition was unacceptable as it was not made known to me, their agent then assured me that this information was stated in my application form. They forwarded a copy of my application form but nowhere did it state that I needed to wait over 4 months for my money. I contacted Discovery again and this time I was asked to write a motivational letter to their financial department. I could not believe that I needed to write a motivational letter to access my own money, with disbelief I did that. My query was to be seen too between 2-3 working days, as per their e-mail correspondence. I contacted Discovery again after 10 days without response from them and was informed by their agent nothing was further done with the motivational letter. I am at the point where I feels as if the process is being stalled for the full 4 month term. What also does not make sense th
