I recently cancelled my membership with Discovery Health and I phoned them in regards with the Medical Savings Account and was informed that they will payout over 4 months for my money or writing a motivational letter for earlier refund. I mailed the letter and my query was to be seen too between 1-3 working days, as per their e-mail correspondence. I received an email saying it will be handled by the finance and will take 3-5 working days. After 6 working days I mailed them again requesting and update to which the reply was the request of the refund will be escalated to finance. After I haven't heard anything from finance I phoned them regarding the issue after a couple of frustrating minutes I got a response that I need to send some documents which I did. Now again I'm playing the waiting game for a response. I am at the point where I feel as if the process is being stalled for the full waiting period.
