My friends and I (3 young ladies) used this service for transportation to the Bon Jovi concert at the FNB stadium. The driver was 45min late, arrived in a shoddy, run down Toyota Tazz, whose fuel gauge did not work and window did not wind and unwind properly. The driver tried to avoid traffic and take a route through town and somewhere in the middle of Soweto he decides to stop and ask for directions back to the stadium, the route he thought he could take was blocked (which usually is at concerts). I insisted then that he join the traffic and stop trying to find alternate routes. He also decides before drop off he needs to stop for petrol. We were late for the concert, missed the entire opening act and managed to see the main act just in time.
