On Wednesday 24th April I submitted an account for Dr J. Muller for surgery performed on the 2nd April. It's now been more than 2 weeks and I have heard nothing. I again sent it asking what is happening, but up until now no response and no payment. I am embarrassed as each time I go to the surgeon, his accounts lady asks me when I plan to pay them. This is not the first time and it's totally unacceptable. I submitted smaller amounts for the occupational therapist on the same day and payment took place - no quibble.
Please DO NOT phone me - e-mail me with your response and more especially when you plan to pay!!!
