I decided to use MedXpress for the 1st time in March 2013. I placed my order, which was recieved with 2 tablets short (expensive tablets). I called in, spoke to a consultant who made a note to request the pharmacy to send the short medication with my next order. I was asked by the consultant to call her specifically when placing my next order so she personnally will sort out the short order as well. A called in April spoke to the same consultant and still didnt receive the short order with my next order. I called in again and spoke to the same consultant who assured me once again that she will make sure I recieve the short order with my next order. Guess what come again in May spoke to the same consultant and still order was short. This is too much of time, effort and frustration taken to get what I had already paid for. Discovery MedXpress keep the 2 short tablets because if I carry on trying to get these 2 tablets I might end up needing more than 2 tablets to help me calm down and not get sick in the head with your INCOMPETANT STAFF and SERVICE PROVIDERS...
