I was handed over for an account that I was not even aware was outstanding. Resolution rejected it as a late submission in spite of proof that it was submitted timeously by the supplier. I have made umpteen phone calls and sent numerous emails, some addressed to the Claims Supervisor. I have called twice today attempting to speak to the Claims Supervisor, but been disconnected (apparently deliberately) after 4.5 minutes. Pathetic service Resolution... especially to a Prestige member.
