After numerous attempts cant sort out my account

On 12 October 2012 i had to undergo several blood and urine tests. I specificly asked the lady (carli) to give me a quote so i can pay the full amount as my medical aid will not pay it - its only a hospital plan.
She gave me an amount of R733.10 i asked again is this the full amount. Yes she said and i paid it with my credit card.
Around January 2013 i received an invoice for the amount of R709.30 stating that this amount is still outstanding. I phoned carli straight away and she referred me to Ceraya (ria-nickname). I told her my story and i said i refuse to pay for a mistake THEY made. She told me she will look into it and get back to me.
About a week later she phoned me and said Chereen is now working onmy problem... im still waiting. Everytime i phone its a different excuse. Today i received a letter from ITC business administrators saying that i willhave my name on ITC list if no payment is made.
This is not my responsibility to pay this amount for a mistake carli made. This needs to be sorted and made sure my name is clear at the ITC. Im tired of asking for help!!!
