Call centre getting my blood boiled!!

I have made a loan in 2008, after not being able to pay the full amount i made an arrangement to pay less... then 4 years down the line in Nov 2012 i received a letter stating my balance now is R1057.42, at the time i was on maternity leave and responded and said i will pay the full amount end of december 2012.
then on 17 Dec 2012 i then received a letter stating that i now owe R10013.38???
can someone please explain this to me?? i have made numerous calls and asked to speak to a manager of Pholosa and no one ever phones me back and the one time someone did phone me it was the rudest lady i have spoken to in my life! Then i started receiving sms's i have to pay R159.56 i then paid them R160 every month THEN i get a phone call im supposed to pay R400 odd??? this have been going on for 5 years now?? ANY suggestions?? thanks
