In December i was with your company for 3 months and i wanted to go to a doctor to get me chronic medication. i checked the website and the doctor was listed on the GP network, so i went.
The lady at the front of desk also assured me they are listed with carecross, so i did not see any problem at the time, but then after a month i still could not get my medication and no one could give me a answer. in January CareCross contacted me and said the GP never was listed with them but the GP's office assured me they where listed but something went wrong with the year renewal. i was assured not to worry but then CareCross said no the doctor was never listed and they cannot give permission for the medication.
even when i wanted to collect my prescription from the pharmacy the pharmacist said no he cannot give the medication.
i'm very disgusted in the way you do business and i feel like i have been wasting my money which i could have used to pay for my pills and visits and still have more than half in my pocket than i pay over every month to you.
your offices tried to phone me but i was away from my phone and when i called back no one knew why someone has phoned me!
