Disgusting treatment

I went to Mondlo OK Foods yesterday to my surprise I was denied access because I had a backpack I don't use a wallet because of my previous experience I always loose wallets so I made means to carry my monin hand risking or people saw me as if I was show offing!!

Made my grossary and left my Chakalaka on the counter when I came back this morning to claim it since I left it in the till counter I was told I can't get it since I don't have a slip but they do know that I left my tin staff if it's how you treat customer and the kind of attitude was given by so called shop supervisoror management I don't see my self ever coming to your shop I'm disappointed for the poor service I got to your shop
