DAMAGED and EXPIRED PRODUCTS

I submitted my report to hello peter when I was not getting any joy contacting LUIS FOODS directly via email. No Reponse from Hello Peter either. EVENTUALLY a month later I received a email from Daniel Luis himself apologising for the delay in getting back to me but there email was down. HIS REPONSE:
Hi Shantal
Please could you tell me how much you paid for the cones? Those cones should have cost you exactly R1 as they were reduced to clear expired and damaged stock in May already.

I RESPONDED that I had paid full price and queried why would a supplier allow damaged / expired stock still be shelved and sold even at a lessor price. WELL we are another month in and still no reponse. THIS IS THE WORST customer service ever. I am still sitting with the horrible expired broken sugar cones and NO ONE is willing to assist me - why should I just throw it away my hard earned money. SO PEOPLE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROSTY FUN's PRODUCTS from LUIS FOODS because EXPIRED and DAMAGED IN OK TO SELL TO YOU...
