I reported a packaging malfunction on the web-page of Heartland Foods and within two hours, I received a reply from their Consumer care team copying their Quality Manager.
Moogseen Kader, the Q.M. called me the same day, requesting further details of the problem.
Four days later I received a couriered parcel with a letter of apology as well as appreciation for reporting the problem. They very kindly included a sample of their product.
Well done to the whole team of Heartland Foods! You put your money where your mouth is with service excellence.
