McDonalds South gate value markets
Wrong order all the time

McDonald's South Gate Value markets has charged me the right price on two occasions but gave me the wrong order. So I was over charged basically or robbed of my money. They don't answer their phone nor attempt to rectify their mistakes.

Please can I be reimbursed or someone must take responsibility
