Last night I was starving, I hadnte eaten the entire day so we went to Mcdonalds Norkem Park to get a share box (R129.00). All I wanted was chicken nuggest with sweet and sour sauce from the box. But wehn we got home we found they hadnt added the sauce that comes STANDARD with nuggets to the box. SO my options were to get back in the car adn drive back to Mcdonalds and hope they will help, or eat dry nuggets. Then for the big mac they decided to put to dry (no sauce) pieces of bun, no meat, no anything, then suddenly throw the 2 patties together with 2 slivers of lettuce and enough suace to cover my pinky.
This isnt the 1st or even the 5th time this branch has disappointed. They continiously mess up orders, give incompleted orders, keep you waiting for you food, forget to add things to the order, make the food with such a lazy manner that it doesnt even taste nice anymore.
In future, I will sacrafice the convinience of this Mcdonalds being 5 mins from my house and I will instead drive to benoni/edenvale Mcdonalds. They give Mcdonalds a bad name and are going to lose alot of customers. Count me as 1 customer LOST! And I will be advising everybody I know to do the same.
