I often by a Boerie HashB S Coffee, once every week. I placed my order today 12/5/22 at 7:07 I then proceeded to the pay window. Paid R33-90. I drove to next window to collect my order, The serve poured my coffee and then handed it to me, She said she was waiting for the Breakfast guy. So I waited at 7:20 the server asked me to please wait in the parking area. I again moved my car. I realised, now that my coffee was getting cold. So I drank it even though it was cold. Now I must state there was no other cars in the queue so it was not like the were Busy.
At 7:25 the Server brought my packet, I asked here why it took so long? She replied she was waiting for the Breakfast person.
I then left. I work 3 minutes away from there when I got to work, I opened the packet and it was cold not even warm. There were no onions on my meal. So we get ripped off, as this is not the first time but about the 6 time I have not received onions in the past.
So I had no coffee and a cold breakfast. I pay for this pathetic Service and ripped off as well.
