Cockroach on my food

I found a cockroach walking on my food... McDonald's atteridgeville says I should sort it out with Uber eats the Uber eats driver says I should sort it out with McDonald's .. I feel it's unfair I don't care whose fault is I think I should be compensated for this in some kind of way... I showed the driver immediately and then emptied the packet in front on the driver and took pictures...
