Shocking Service and experience from IStore!!

I purchased an iMAC on Thursday & took my old PC in to have all the data & files migrated, as this was an easy & often done service IStore offered. I was assured that IStores customer service was the best in SA & that all would be fine. I brought my IMAC home tonight only to find the keyboard does not work. After trying for hours to contact customer service, who have a voice service asking one to leave a message but the mail box is full so one cannot leave any message. I returned to the store and was assisted by a bunch of unconcerned staff who told me this does happen.
I returned home, switched on the iMAC & notice that virtually all the files that were migrated from our my pc in the last 24 hours have not ported across. Additionally, we purchased MS office suit and exel, word & powerpoint are nowhere to be found. Finally, we were assured that the machine is compatible with our canon printer, not only did the printer launcher not migrate over, there is no software for the printer available. So we cannot use either! This whole experience has been an utter shambles. The technical support line is appalling, your waterfront customers service a disgrace and this whole experience frust
