I had problems with my Samsung galaxy s3 not charging correctly so I booked it in 17 April (Wednesday). Friday (19 April), when I called informed me that I needed to replace my main board of the phone and it would not be under warranty. Upset by this and other things between, Sam (the Supervisor) took over and assisted my mother and I. She organised that it would be done under warranty and would give it back as soon as possible. Monday (22 April), I came in and collected my phone and currently seems to be working YAY. but there was a chip on the back cover. I called again today (23 April) and Sam organised a cover to be given to me the same day no costs.
Bernadette and Desiree have always tried their best and been really helpful. When it seemed I was waiting long, one of them would go chase the technicians or something to make sure it happened immediately.

I feel that these three women in Smartlab deserve to be recognised. They get a hard time from everyone including me, but they still do everything they possibly can.
