What a disappointment Samsung has turned out to be! At the end of November I went to Easgate Game to purchase a new washing machine. An extremely efficient and enthusiastic salesman there swayed me into buying a Samsung washing machine that was on promotion at the time with a promise of a R500 voucher, free OMO liquid and free collection of my old machine. After completing the copious forms for Samsung and submitting them on 4 December, I waited for a response. And waited, and waited, and waited...
I have contacted the Call Centre on countless occasions and have been informed each time that the issue has been escalated but again, no result. I have contacted Samsung via their live online website and have contacted the CEO via Hello Peter but all to no avail - not a good example for a company selling communication devices!
I would dearly love a concrete resolution to this issue - not just empty promises - and sooner rather than later!
