I am amazed that Samsung has been awarded such great accolades in their field of business. They clearly don't have any idea of what customer service is. I have never had the unpleasant experience of dealing with such a bad company before. I have been trying to get my dishwasher fixed fro the last two and a half weeks now. Their staff are too incompetent to fix it, and their management are too incompetent to communicate with customers. Well done Samsung!!
