My name is Mmaphuti Mojela, I have ordered a subwoover from the above supplier and have made a payment of R1 200 for it. it has been more than a month now and i dont get much feedback from them. on the 23rd March i sent them my bank details for the refund but to date i have not received anything. i only obtain feedback from them when i call and they dont bother to update me on anything.
my last conversation with them was on 16/04 2013 and i was told that the manager or whoever, wants to manufacture the said subwoover for me but will confirm the next day. the level of service is very poor with no feedback and i keep on poking people to give me a response.
i have had it with this supplier and please i just need my money back as in yesterday.
