This is now the second time that I get let down by [URL Removed] Firts was in December when I ordered a game for my son for X-mass on 23 November 2013 - I had to cancel the order on 10December as they still could not confirm if they are going to have stock. This time I ordered CDs for my son's birthday - that has no passed - and still the status 8working days later states - Ordered from supplier. The consultant again could not confirm a delivery date with me. Why dont you only debit a customer once you have received the stock. Quick to take the money - but not so quick to keep customers up to date on their orders.
