No Response, No feedback - NOT Happy

My previous complaint was in Jan - regarding payment made to creditors that has been settled. TO date - no refund was received - and it does not seem as if anything was done in this regard.
Furthermore the NPDA has distributed my Jan Funds and I dont receive feedback
My debt review will be terminated if you dont pay
Whats going on?

I really feel that it would be better if I do my own payments and manage the process..
It seems as if you dont worry
