Bad customer service rep

To whom it may concern:
I am typing this complaint out on behalf of my fiance Jillian Green who has been a loyal MTN client for well over 10 good years with MTN as a service provider until yesterday when her account got suspended. She tried calling the 808 number more then 15 times with no lukc and when she got connected eventually she got cut each time, so we tried with my cell which is prepaid and we got through first time just to be helped by an incompetant CSR who knows nothing, refused to listen, did not speak clearly, and plain down just refused to listen to the client, when asked to call a supervisor or manager to assist he also refused that claiming that no one was available, needless to say payment was made yesterday already and my fiance had absolutely no help and had to stay with an off cell phone the entire day. Sydwell Nyeme does not deserve to respresent the MTN brand, his attitude stinks and has no tact nor customer service skills, his telephone etiquette also leaves much to be desired and I am very dissapointed and disgusted at how he treats your loyal clients. I am not happy at how my fiance was treated and she deserves an apology from someone high up within MTN management.
