I called Hirsch Umhlanga and spoke to Bhavna when my washer dryer stopped working on Monday 25th March. On Tuesday morning a samsung Repairman diagnosed a problem with the "PC Board". Bhavna at Hirsch said that the "Spare" was ordered on wednesday 27th March. The package arrived in 2 separate consignments on Monday 8th April. I was told that delivery of the item takes 3 Working days.
The Easter weekend is the "technical excuse" that has been made. The week after Easter I was told that Samsung were moving premises. I cannot believe how pathetic customer service has become. You people should be ashamed of having this many comments on Hellopeter and quite frankly I think you should be embarrassed about the service level you deliver. I have lost all respect to anyone who tells me they work for Samsung. Certainly doesn't seem like a job that requires any intellect.
The technician was in on Tuesday 9th April while we were at work and we were told the machine is back to full working condition. Tuesday evening we turn on the machine and run a cycle only to find that it still does not work.
You will be taken to task for the cost of my Laundry, my Time and for satisfaction.
