I bought a washing machine in December. The deal was that Samsung will collect my old washing machine and give me Omo liquid and a cash card for R500. it took 5 phone calls to get them to fetch mu old washing machine. They brought the Omo liquid and a zero balance cash card, which needs to be activated. When I phoned the activation number - a company called Edenred (I spoke to farial). I'm informed that Samsung has to authorise the activation and they are not doing so. I was given a call centre number to call. I have phoned 7 times over the past two weeks. I have spoken to Themba, Greta (twice), Thulani, Arabelle, Bibina, been cut off three time - to no avail. They will not give you a supervisor name or e-mail. They tell you that headoffice will call you within 24 to 48 hours - I'm still waiting!! I feel desperate and extremely frustrated. The call centre will not assist you and the messages and escalations which they apparently do bear no fruit. HELP.
