I bought an LG toploader washing machine in Jan 2013, I wanted a separate tap for it so I waited for the plumber to come do that for me. End Feb 2013, the plumber finished but the machine doesnt take water in.
I reported the matter to the store and spoke to Portia on Sat 9/03/2013 who referred me to another lady dealing with complaints. No reference was given for the incident. On 12/03/2013 a technician from Early Bird Services came to check it. The problem was not sorted and he left, promising to inform LG? He never came back. Inhave been to the shop 3 times and phoned them 5 times or more, with no luck.
I am now sitting with the machine that doesnt work, plz help
