I bought a LG 8.2 washing machine in 2010. The guarantee on the machine has expired and I phone LG on 0800545454 in September how much it will cost me to fix it since I have a problem with the water inlet. I spoked to n guy named Keith WHO GAVE ME HIS CELL NMB 0729119652 who said it will cost R450 for the technician to come out and check what the problem was. He offered to come out himself and do it as private for R200.I don't need a private job, I need my washing machine to be fixed. He never came back to me regarding that. On the 14th of October I phoned again to speak to him and he asks for the model of the washing machine and I gave it to him (He promised he will come and fix the machine the Saturday morning 19th of October .since he told me over the phone its he valves and how much it will cost.
IF THIS IS THE SERVICE THAT I GET FROM BYUING A LG PRODUCT THEN I'M SURE AS WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN.
