Terrible radio

To whom it may concern

We bought a brand new Pajero GLS Exceed in 2011, with the GPS radio. We have had endless problems with the radio: ipod interface cannot be controlled, mp3 CD playback not paused when phone is answered through bluetooth (we listen to audiobooks!), mp3 CDs always start at beginning of previous track when engine was switched off (again - impossible to listen to an audiobook!), GPS very complicated and interferes with playback of ipod and mp3 CDs and bluetooth. Often everything "freezes" and the radio has to be rebooted.

We complained about it at the Brooklyn branch (3 April 2012). The radio was removed and sent to Planet Electronics, just to let us know 2 days later that there was nothing wrong with the radio. We stopped listening to the ipod altogether. Eventually we took the car ourselves to Planet Electronics (ca. 25/03/2013). The ipod function worked for a short while, but then stopped working and currently gives a message of "No Device".

The car is due for its next service on 6/11/2013. During that service we want a brand new radio installed - NOT CASKA - one that actually works!
