I recently decided to purchase a Canon Laser printer and did the usual enquiries. After several calls I phoned Matrix in Springfield and the phone was answered by a very pleasant and helpful young lady - Stephanie, she listened to what I was looking for and then said that she would get back to me. She promptly phoned me back saying that she had located the printer that would suit my needs and that they did not have stock but she would order one. She kept me up to date and even went on to try and find me a set of generic cartridges for the printer.
I only wish others would take a leaf out of her book thanks
