I own a galaxy tab 2.0 and have been waiting for the jellybean update since the beginning of the year. Tried to ask samsung through their online chat on the website but that doesn't work, then tried through their facebook page but no response. Think Samsung SA has really poor service cos the rest of the world is enjoying their jellybean update (UK got it last year already). While I love the tab, I do somehow regret ignoring peoples say abt Samsungs bad customer support once you've purchased their products.
