I have been asking Samsung about the Jellybean update for over 6 months now and still no reply. What me off is that the rest of the world including Ecuador has received the update already. All Samsung cares about is selling you their latest device and once that is done they couldn't care less about after sales service. This is officially my last Samsung device! They have a link to send complaints to CEO but that unsurprisingly yields no results either and on facebook they never reply to complaints only questions about sales!
