No feedback and repair taking long

I took my TV to the Samsung repair centre in Bartlett on the 27th of Feb 2013. Till today absolutely no one attempted to call me. I was told to call on Fri, when i did, i was told that the parts have no arrived. on Tuesday 5th of March i had called, i was advised by another lady that my TV should be ready on wed as all parts have arrived. Today is Thursday and when i called to find out, i get told that the parts are only coming on the 29th on March. for an item that's not even a year old, what am i suppose to do till then? Nobody calls, i have to chase after a company who doesn't care and a product that suppose to last longer than a few months!
