I bought a new Twisp Neo in December 2012. The atomiser leaked within 1 week. They replaced it at no cost but the replacement leaked after another month and I had to buy another for about R145. Clearly these things don't last more than a month and this is why the atomiser is only guaranteed for 28 days. I am waithing to see what happens with the rest of it, as that is guaranteed for 3 months.
This is potentially a very expensive habit, say R700 to purchase, R145 to replace atomiser every month or so, R290 to purchase 2 x 20ml liquids (on special) every month.
Sure it's healthier than tobacco, but be aware of the cost.
Twisp, your product is inferior and needs a lot more R&D. Give us a 1 year warranty on the whole thing and I will reconsider my position.
