Can you believe these Twisp people WOW! I bought myself a Twisp package containing 2 electronic cigarettes on the 03/12/2013 and after about a month it started leaking oil around the sides, it appears as if the glass that holds the fluid was starting to come loose? I thought ok i will use the other one for the time being until i manage to get the time to go back and have it replaced. After using the other one for a week it started doing the same thing, now a have to go in and have it replaced seeing that I have 6 months warranty it should be a quick in and out of the shop. Went there in my work hours to quickly have it replaced.
When i got there i was told sorry but they cant pick up any manufacturing defects and it broke because it wasn't handled correctly, wow, unbelievable! I hardly made use of the second one for 3 days and it started leaking. This is completely unacceptable i have spent R1400 at a twisp Kiosk (R1000 Rand for two devices and R400 on fluid which cant be used because it leaks out the side!) and for what just to waste my time trying to get it replaced with no success?
I am very upset as this device actually helps me stay off the tobacco what do i do?
