After having numerous problems with my last technician, i called Hisense and got through to Ralph at the service department., He told me I could bring my TV in immediately. Once there Percy and Ralph really went the extra mile regarding service and keeping things light which really lifted my spirits after a very bad day.
My Tv was repaired within 30 min after sitting at the other technician for an entire month.
I will not hesitate to use them again, thank you guys :)
